General Rules

§1. Applicability of this set of rules

1. This set of rules applies to the Mancix.de Minecraft network and all its associated components.

2. By using the services of Mancix.de, the user accepts these rules and all other rules applicable to the respective components and agrees to follow them.

3. Changes to the rules can be made at any time. These will be announced in the rulebook's changelog and become binding from that point onward. It is mandatory to regularly check the current version of the rules.

4. Ignorance of the law is no excuse.

§2. Penalties

1. As a general rule, penalties are only imposed with appropriate severity and for a valid reason.

2. For certain components of the Mancix.de network, users who have received a penalty can submit a one-time application for its reduction or cancellation. The information attached to the penalty notice will indicate whether such an application is possible.

3. Evidence can generally only be provided if it is in a format suitable for the user to present and the sentence has not yet expired. In the case of a permanent sentence, the relevant material is usually available to us for at least one year after the sentence takes effect.

4. Possible penalties include:

  • The temporary or permanent exclusion of individual or all components of the Mancix.de network
  • Deleting data belonging to a user

§3 General Rules

1. Pursuing intentions with the primary goal of spoiling the fun of the game or diminishing the user experience for other users is prohibited.

2. Maliciously obstructing other users in any form is prohibited.

3. The instructions of the server team must be followed.

4. Circumventing all penalties, for example by using a different account, is prohibited.

5. Refunds for content cannot usually be guaranteed.

6. Exploiting bugs is prohibited. Any bugs discovered should be reported using the designated form (https://mancix.de/go/discord/). Exploiting bugs that are not within our control is also prohibited.

7. Optimizing statistics through unfair means (boosting), as well as participating in such an intention, is prohibited.

8. The server management reserves the right to exclude users or groups from the server who, due to their behavior or possible connections to other rule violations, could pose an increased risk to the server or the community.

§4 Sharing of Content

1. The points mentioned below relate to the dissemination and making available of messages and electronic works to third parties in public and restricted public channels (sharing content). This includes, for example, user communication and the use of profile pictures.

2. Misleading, offensive, or insulting content is prohibited. This includes sexual innuendo and content that creates the impression of impersonating a third party. This applies in particular to usernames, clan names and tags, skins, and the use of profile pictures.

3. All content must be shared in an appropriate form and format. This includes, for example, emoticons, punctuation, and signatures.

4. Soliciting and offering services, for example in the form of team memberships on Minecraft networks or other external services, is prohibited.

5. Fraud and phishing are prohibited. This includes, for example, the deliberate misrepresentation of facts with the aim of gaining an advantage for oneself or a third party.

6. Content that suggests misuse is prohibited. This includes, for example, the distribution of unauthorized client modifications, other users' private data, or login credentials for accounts of any kind.

7. Content relating to a raffle or the trading of tangible or intangible goods (e.g., in-game currencies) for real money or goods with real-money equivalents is prohibited.

8. The distribution of misleading or manipulated links is prohibited. This also includes the distribution of screamers.

9. Copyrighted content may only be published with the express permission of the copyright holder.

10. Advertising in all forms is prohibited. This includes, among other things, advertising for Minecraft servers and social media profiles.

11. Interactions with other users should be polite and respectful.

12. Every conflict must be resolved on a factual level.

13. Any inappropriate behavior, whether verbal or written (e.g., towards other users or team members), is prohibited. This includes, for example, insults, disrespectful or provocative statements, and threats. It makes no difference whether the statements are meant seriously or not.

14. The dissemination of extremist ideology in any form is prohibited.

15. The excessive use of capital letters (caps) should be avoided.

16. Repeatedly expressing the same or similar wording within a short period of time (spam) is prohibited.

17. Exploiting support services is prohibited.

18. To avoid misunderstandings, sarcastic remarks should be marked as such.

19. Political and ideological views, as well as the dissemination of misleading and supposedly harmful content (e.g. conspiracy theories), should not be expressed in public channels.

§5 Modifications and other aids

1. The use of automated functions (bots) is prohibited.

2. The use of modifications, whether on the client or external, that give the user an advantage is prohibited.

3. The Mancix.de team does not provide support for problems caused by the use of modifications, regardless of whether the modifications comply with our rules.

4. Soliciting and offering services, for example in the form of team memberships on Minecraft networks or other external services, is prohibited.

5. Any modifications that alter the connection to our servers (e.g., VPN, WTFast, proxy servers) are not supported. We cannot provide support for any limitations arising from the use of such modifications. An exception may apply if using Mancix.de's services is impossible without a VPN.

Minecraft Rules

§1 Applicability of these rules

1. These rules apply to all Minecraft servers operated by Mancix.de.

By entering the Mancix.de Minecraft network, the user accepts these rules.

§2 Penalties

1. The general rules of the Mancix.de network apply.

2. Possible penalties are in addition to those listed in Paragraph 4 of the General Rules:

  • Exclusion from certain game modes
  • Exclusion from the Mancix.de network chat

3. If players feel a punishment is unfair, they have the right to submit a one-time request for mitigation or cancellation of the punishment in the forum at www.mancix.de/unban or on our discord Server in the tickets section www.mancix.de/go/discord.

§3 Behavior in the Game

1. Intentionally playing against your own team (trolling) is forbidden. This includes, for example, deliberately killing or blocking teammates, as well as destroying your own team's items.

2. Forming unauthorized teams (teaming) is prohibited. This also includes merging teams (cross-teaming). The game indicates which servers teams are permitted to form on.

3. Intentionally and excessively prolonging a round for one's own advantage is prohibited. This also includes permanently withdrawing from the actual game. If there is an opportunity to win a round, it should be taken.

4. The construction of inappropriate, offensive, or insulting structures is prohibited.

§4 Modifications and other aids

1. Accessing the network with a prohibited modification is forbidden.

2. The following is a list of prohibited client modifications that should be followed, but which is not necessarily exhaustive within the framework of the applicable rules:

  • Aimbot
  • Tools to increase the click rate, whether in the form of software or hardware (e.g., autoclickers, keyboard placement, macros, multiple button assignments), are excluded. This excludes external aids that solely provide a better grip on the mouse (e.g., grip tape).
  • Automated donning of armor
  • Changes to hitboxes
  • Advantageous acceleration of processes (e.g., Fast fall, Fast place, Fast respawn)
  • Fly / Glide
  • Automated attack (e.g., Killaura, Forcefield)
  • Freecam
  • 360° Viewer (e.g., PerspectiveMod) if it provides a clear advantage in PvP
  • Automatic sorting, reordering or emptying of boxes or inventories (e.g. Inventory Tweaks)
  • Automated detection of items owned by other players (e.g. ItemDetector, NoSpecMod)
  • Modifications that allow sneaking while sprinting or with chat or inventory open
  • Modifications that analyze the gameplay to create an advantage
  • Modifications that show the position of players, mobs and other entities (e.g. minimaps with radar, nametags for sneaking players)
  • Modifications that automatically control the client (e.g., moving, rotating, placing or breaking blocks)
  • No Slowdown
  • Pingspoofing
  • Acceleration of regeneration
  • Resource packs that reveal the specific enchantments of armor pieces and weapons (e.g., through different colors for each enchantment)
  • speed
  • Teleportation
  • Walking on Water/Lava
  • Mouse Tweaks

3. We neither support nor recommend the use of VR headsets or similar hardware. When using such devices with appropriate software, you must ensure that they do not provide an unfair advantage. Use of such software is at your own risk.

§5 Other provisions

1. By entering the network, the user agrees to read and comply with the www.minecraft.net/eula

2. Accessing the network with accounts obtained from account lists is prohibited. This includes, for example, hacked and publicly accessible accounts, as well as so-called alt accounts.

3. Multiple entries and exits of a waiting lobby as a Premium, VIP, Autoclicker or Autoclicker+ player with the aim of kicking non-Premium players are prohibited.
